Shipping to Singapore,  S$3.50 for each package, and free shipping over S$20.00, alse there are many products have special free shipping by itself.

Shipping to other country, now is $10.00 for each package, and  free shipping over $35.00.

We ship from China, all products will be shipped in 3-5 days. and will arrive in 7-15 days.

As it is illegal for us to under-declare the value of goods, you will be responsible for all taxes you might incur.

Returns,Refunds,&Exchange?

To qualify for a full refund, your order product has to be unworn, in brand new condition. Then it can be returned within 7 days of the parcel’s delivery. You can click the “Refound” Button at your order page,or simply drop our customer service an email at help@zimilife.com to initiate the return.

If you have used your product but unsatisfied with it, you may drop an email to help@zimilife.com. Our customer service will be happy to help on a case-by-case basis.

For customers who receive a defective product and opt for an exchange, we can only exchange your one with the exact same variant that you selected at checkout. If you have other opt for an exchange, you may drop an email to help@zimilife.com. Our customer service will be happy to help on a case-by-case basis.

For return whitout a defective product, return shipping fee will be paid by customer. For customer at Singapore, you can just return to Singapore local. 

You can cancel your order when the order has not shipped out, you can click the cancel button on your order page, or simply drop our customer service an email at help@zimilife.com to deal your cancel request. if order canceled, you will get the refund.
